Business Link WM Events

December 18th, 2009 by Michelle Turton

Matrix Creative Marketing have been successful in winning a contract with Business Link WM to deliver a series of breakfast workshops around the West Midlands region. The breakfast events covered two subject areas, Resource Efficiency and Technology at Work.

Improving your Resource Efficiency

We have had the pleasure of meeting and working with a great team, including John Barraclough and David Terry from Business Link WM as well as our fabulous presenter Nersi Salehi, of Proenviro. The team were up at 6am each morning, armed and ready with cups of coffee and breakfast baps.

The success of the Resource Efficiency events sparked alot of interest and healthy debate, which we felt would be good to continue after the events and so have set up a Linkedin group and Twitter account.

We have been responsible for the marketing, promotion, delegate attraction, online booking system, event management, and post event evaluation. As part of our marketing efforts we also felt it would be a good idea to continue dialogue post event, with our delegates through social media channels; Linkedin and Twitter.

We have delivered all the Resource Efficiency Events this side of Christmas and are due to continue with the Technology At Work Events in the New Year.

Technology at work

Our presenter for the Technology at Work Events is Steve Orriss, from the National B2B Centre. Steve will be discussing how CRM systems will help identify, win and keep profitable customers with an interactive session and demonstration.

The events are taking place throughout January and February, to find out more and book your place to attend go online here:
